Dark Circles

Refresh and brighten tired eyes

Tear troughs or under eye hollows are dark and deep hollows that are located between the lower eyelid, nose and upper cheek. When we are young, no significant separation is usually noticeable between the eyelid and the cheek. However, as we age the bone shrinks and the check pad slides downwards, making the separation noticeable.

Dark Circles can also be caused by genetics, lack of sleep, tiredness and dehydrated skin. This condition can be treated by dermal fillers, which is a cosmetic dissolvable gel injection containing hyaluronic acid that helps improve the appearance of dark circles.

Tear trough dermal filler injections are very effective in camouflaging the dark shadows. They restore the volume to the skin under the eyes, raising and smoothing the area; darkness, lines, and bagginess are improved significantly in a matter of minutes¬.

The dermal filler is injected using a special blunt needle (cannula), which helps prevent bad bruising. It is also used so we are able to administer the dissolvable gel in exact quantities into the precise areas with full control.

How much does tear trough filler cost?

Most clinics quote a generic starting fee for treating dark circles. However, depending on your case, the amount of filler used can vary considerably. It is are and the total number of injections needed that will determine the final price.

For an accurate estimation, it is best to visit us for a personal no-obligation professional consultation. This is where everything will be explained in detail and your case can be assessed individually.

Why choose us?

Please ask as many questions as you need.

  • After the Dark Circles Treatment

After the treatment, you may experience some swelling, but within an hour that will start to settle down. You may also see some bruising but this is not very common. Most clients see a noticeable change almost straightaway. We do advise that you avoid touching and applying make-up on the treated area in the first 24 hours, this is to prevent risk of infection.
