Step 1: Consultation

During your initial consultation, you will have the chance to talk through any questions and concerns. We will also talk through your medical history to ensure there are no contraindications.
This is the time to tell us what you want to achieve from your treatment. In discussing problem areas together, we can create a personalised treatment plan that is tailored to your body, your goals, and your budget.
Step 2: During your treatment
All Fat freezing procedures are undertaken in a light, clean, comfortable environment. Once you are at ease on the treatment bench, the fat freezing equipment is applied to the targeted areas upon a sterile gel pad.
Once the procedure begins, controlled cooling is applied via suction cups. The vacuum created will secure the specified area as the temperature gradually lowers to freeze the targeted fat. This can feel quite cold at first but bearable nonetheless. You may feel some slight pulling or nipping. The area will soon numb, and the procedure is painless for most.
Typically, your treatment will last for 35 to 60 minutes. Speak to your physician; it is often possible to read, use your phone, and even nap during the procedure.
Step 3: After the treatment
With the procedure complete, your physician will massage the frozen area to encourage the natural expulsion of the dead fat cells. You may notice slight swelling or tenderness to the area, which should subside significantly within the next 24 hours.Fat freezing is fondly described as the ideal lunch break alternative to liposuction, as you can usually resume normal activities straight away.
Over the following seven days, avoid caffeine and alcohol. You should endeavour to drink three litres of water a day in the coming weeks to encourage the elimination of dead fat cells.

How many treatments will I need?
Depending on the size and location of the areas you want to target, you may need to attend one to two fat freezing appointments.
Some clients do decide to return for follow-up appointments to further eliminate an additional layer of fat cells, which lay beneath those originally targeted.
