What is a HydraFacial?
The unique HydraFacial treatment is a truly customisable three-stage facial treatment that can be delivered in a choice of formulations and protocols suited to your skin. If your skincare needs change in the future, this treatment can change with them.
We begin by using advanced, patented ‘vortex’ technology to detox, cleanse and exfoliate before applying intense moisturisers to leave your skin feeling refreshed and hydrated. Next, we infuse your healthy skin cells with super serums made from botanical ingredients proven to fight the damage caused by stress, pollution, sun damage and the ageing process.
Finally, we complete the HydraFacial with a relaxing infrared treatment. This helps to stimulate fresh collagen production, supports your skin’s natural production of vitamin D, and relieves any redness so that you end the treatment with a stunning, healthy glow.

Step 1: Consultation
Before your treatment, we’ll carry out a thorough skin assessment and talk to you about any issues affecting your skin. With this information, we can help you choose the best HydraFacial protocols to suit you. We’ll also explain the stages of the treatment and can answer any questions you may have.
Step 2: During your treatment
To deliver this treatment, we use a handheld device with interchangeable tips, which are passed repeatedly over your skin to deliver the different cleansing and hydrating protocols. The patented vortex technology creates gentle suction to remove impurities, but it’s incredibly comfortable. All you need to do is lie back and relax as we pamper and nourish your skin.
Step 3: After the treatment
Once the treatment is finished, your Aesthetician will apply a moisturiser and sunscreen to protect your newly cleansed and hydrated skin. You may experience a small amount of redness immediately after the treatment, but this will pass within half an hour. You can wear mineral make-up straight away, although we’d always encourage you to let your skin breathe and to enjoy your fresh, dewy glow.
Your skin will look refreshed immediately and the results are cumulative, so they continue to improve with each HydraFacial.
What are the stages of HydraFacial treatment?
Stage 1: HydraFacial uses advanced, patented ‘vortex’ technology to deliver gentle formulations of lactic, glycolic and salicylic acid to your skin. This removes dead skin cells and detoxifies the skin as well as extracting debris from your pores.
Stage 2: Stage two of the treatment delivers botanical ingredients that can fight the damage caused by stress, pollution, sun damage and ageing. Ingredients include hyaluronic acid, horse chestnut seed extract, red algae extract, copper, zinc, and magnesium peptides.
These rebuild the health of your skin, boost collagen production and provide long-lasting hydration.
Stage 3: We end the treatment with red and infrared light to counteract any redness of the skin and leave you with a stunning healthy glow. This stage of the treatment can also boost your skin’s natural vitamin D production and encourage fresh collagen production, which means you should see ongoing improvements to your skin’s health between appointments.
What problems can HydraFacial treat?
This treatment is ideal for a range of skin issues and maintaining your skin health. Using hyaluronic acid and other nutrients and peptides is great for skin refinement and restoring collagen.
It can also be used to break down hyperpigmentation and sun damage and protect the skin from further damage from free radicals.
HydraFacial delivers excellent results for under-eye puffiness, strengthening collagen and elastin in this delicate facial area. It can also improve the structural strength of skin cells to reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles.
We find it’s a great treatment for acne, reducing redness and inflammation without drying out the skin. During stage three of the treatment, we can use blue light to reduce the bacteria contributing to acne.
